Are the products Handmade?

Yes, Our products are handmade with care and attention to detail.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most of our products are handmade to order and typically ship within 2–3 weeks. If you need your order sooner, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to discuss expedited options when possible.

Where are your products made?

Most of our products are made in India at our own facility to ensure high quality standards. Our company is incorporated in the USA, and we have a hub here to streamline shipping, provide better customer support, and enable faster delivery for select orders. Plus, there are no surprise customs duties — the price you see is the price you pay.

Can you make a custom design?

We’d love to create something special just for you! Please send us your design details via our contact page, and we’ll be delighted to work with you on your custom design.

What is the status of my order?

We understand how important it is to know the status of your order. Rest assured, as soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you the tracking details. If the estimated shipping date has passed and you still haven’t received the tracking information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to assist you and will respond within 24 hours.

I have an issue with the order received. What should I do?

We are sorry if you have an issue. Please send a message via the contact page or on WhatsApp with the details of what the issue is and also send a photo of it. A member of our team with get back to you as soon as possible with a possible solutions.

Can I change the address for my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order might already be in production, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We’re happy to help with any changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in production, but we’ll always strive to meet your needs whenever possible.
