At Kinaasa, we take great care in packing and shipping every order so it reaches you in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options, charges, and everything you need to know about receiving your order.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 9-18 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Delivery speed depends on shipping speed and usually takes 2-6 days after processing.

We do not ship on Sundays or national public holidays. If your order is placed on a holiday, processing will begin on the next working day.

We offer expedited production and shipping options. You can reach out to us before you place the order to explore possibilities of early processing and delivery.

Shipping Regions and Charges

  1. United States: We ship across United States via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The shipping speeds and their charges will be shown to you on checkout page while placing the order. We can also ship to all military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional delivery time of 7–21 business days as military mail routing can vary by location.

  2. Australia: We can ship across Australia using trusted carriers DHL, Aramex. The shipping speeds and their charges will be shown to you on checkout page while placing the order.
    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, or remote locations. Overnight and Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days to be dispatched the same day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your Kinaasa account and visiting My Orders.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us right away.

  • For USPS shipments to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses, tracking updates may be less frequent.

Failed & Returned Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our fulfillment center.

  • For returned prepaid orders, a re-shipping fee of $7.99 will apply to redeliver the package.

  • Refunds for undeliverable orders will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost and return shipping cost. Personalized or made to order items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Packages held at a carrier facility will be returned to us if not picked up within the carrier's hold period (typically 5–7 days).

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Kinaasa is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

We package every order carefully, but rare issues can occur in transit. Here's how we handle each situation:

  • Damaged on arrival: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video to hello@kinaasa.com. We will arrange a replacemen or issue a full refund.

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve it promptly.

  • Missing items: If an item is missing from your order, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order
    number and a description of what was received.

  • Delivered but not received: If tracking marks your order as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and building management first, then contact us within 5 days.

Pro tip: We recommend recording a short unboxing video for every order — it significantly speeds up resolution for any damage or missing item claims.

Additional Terms

  • Kinaasa reserves the right to update shipping carriers, rates, or timelines at any time without prior notice.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, peak season), delivery timelines may be extended by 3–5 additional business days.

  • Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping surcharges, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Kinaasa is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather,carrier strikes, or other events beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
